TERMS & CONTIDITONS

       Check out before 11:00 h                                            Check in from 15:00 h

        A security deposit of 100 pound has to be paid on arrival.

This is refundable if there are no breakages once the apartment has been checked by our staff

These packs include the basic items you may require on your first night in the House.

          House cleaning service

You should require help during your stay prices from 30 pounds per day.

          Airport pick up service

CHECK IN

Check in time begins from 15:00. Prior to your arrival you have to inform  us in order to schedule the check in time. You will find all the contact information in your confirmation mail which you receive from us once the payment is accepted.

You need to pay the remaining balance as well as the refundable deposit in cash at check in.

Please inform us a few days in advance of your arrival time to the house. Just incase to be delayed, please phone or text as soon as possible  0090 536 991 44 94 to let us know and avoid unnecessary waiting.

CHECK OUT

The check-out should be done before 11:00am. You will need to inform Eren Holiday Homes of the time you will be leaving.

The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer if no damage or incident occurred in the house and you will hand the keys back to the owner or representative. The deposit reimbursement rules can vary depending on the specific terms and conditions of each apartment.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

The customer should inform Eren Holiday Homes of the exact number of guests included in the booking, i.e. the number of adults, children over 10-years-old, children under 10-years-old and babies (a cot will be provided on request). Only the number of persons indicated by the client in the booking will be authorized to use the house. The number of persons occupying the house may not exceed the capacity allocated for each flat, except the children under two years of age.

Pets are not allowed.

Eren Holiday Homes reserve the right to request  clients to leave the apartment, without any type of compensation should the above rules not be complied to.

APARTMENTS RULES

The guests are asked to respect neighbors and other house building residents that have to get up early and go to work every day. Therefore, noise, loud music, any kind of parties, arguments or uncivil behaviors will not be tolerated nor in the house, nor on the staircases.

Our house may not be used as a party venues , but as an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. We kindly ask your full collaboration and please follow the  rules in order to avoid any sort of problems and complications.

– Rest hours: Monday – Friday 10 PM to 9 AM, Saturday – Sunday 00 AM to 10 AM

– Smoking is not allowed inside the house, please use the external windows and the balconies.

– Responsible use of the air-conditioning and lights; please turn off all electric appliances when leaving the house.

– Total respect of the house property and furnishing, in case of any type of damage, the cost of the item will be discounted from the security deposit.

– Parties are strictly prohibited.

Undue noise and unsocial behaviour will be penalised and may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT AND ANY KIND OF COMPENSATION.

Eren Holiday Homes is not responsible for  your contents in the property once you have signed the register and accepted the house keys

Eren Holiday Homes is not responsible for any damage that may arise during your stay in the house including loss or damage.

Eren Holiday Homes are fully entitled to demand from customers who do not meet established standards, will be asked to leave  the house, without repayment.

In the reservation document, responsibility for any damage or loss of any object of the house and will be charged to the  security deposit and if not enough, the guests would pay the remainder in cash or other costs will be charged to the credit card.

PETS

As a general rule, pets are not allowed in apartments unless they belong to disabled people who inform us in advanced. However, some owners accept them (cats or dogs only) under some hygiene and behavior conditions. Please check the profile of the house  you are interested in for the specific information regarding the pets or ask beforehand.

In any case, pets should be looked after at all time and never let on their own in the house. They should respect hygiene conditions and not make noise that can disturb the neighbors.

COMPLAINTS

Any query or complaint should be made immediately Eren Holiday Home by phone or email in order to avoid any misunderstanding and try to find an efficient solution to the problem. All the complaints should be made before leaving the house.

BEHAVIOUR

Any person booking with Eren Holiday Home is committed to follow the general behavior rules, in accordance with the normal civic standards. When proceeding with a booking our terms and conditions must be accepted by the customers.

PRIVACY

Eren Holiday Homes are aware of the respectful and confidential treatment of our guests personal datas and is responsible of the secure storage of the information. The personal information of our clients will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use.
